Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a general score of 86.4, which is much better than OPPO A72's 65.7 global score. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. Even though Huawei P40 and OPPO A72 were released only 1 months apart, Huawei P40 is a little lighter and a bit thinner.
Huawei P40 features a little faster CPU than OPPO A72, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores. Huawei P40 has a little bit better looking display than OPPO A72, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little bit better pixels quantity in each inch of display.
The Huawei P40 takes just a bit better photos and videos than OPPO A72, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with better 60 fps video frame rates, a camera in the back with a better resolution and a lot larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
