Moto X has a general score of 68.1, which is just a bit better than OPPO F3's 63.3 global score. Even though the Moto X is incredibly older and notably thicker than the OPPO F3, it's construction is still lighter. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto X has older 4.4.4 version while OPPO F3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The OPPO F3 has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto X, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and more cores. The Motorola Moto X has a slightly better screen than OPPO F3, although it has a little smaller screen, a just a bit worse display density and a way lower 1280 x 720px resolution.
OPPO F3 has a superior memory for games and applications than Motorola Moto X, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB. OPPO F3 counts with a slightly better camera than Moto X, because although it has worse video frame rate and a tinier camera sensor, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the OPPO F3 also counts with a larger camera aperture and a way higher 13 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
The OPPO F3 features a much longer battery life than Moto X, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Motorola Moto X is also by far the cheapest, making it a no doubt choice.
