Galaxy S4 has a score of 78.3, which is a lot better than the OPPO F3's score of 63.3. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S4 has the previous 5.0 version and OPPO F3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy S4's design is lighter than OPPO F3, but it's a bit thicker and was released many years before.
The Galaxy S4's CPU is just as good as OPPO F3's CPU, and although the Galaxy S4 has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a brighter screen than OPPO F3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with a little bit greater amount of pixels in each display inch.
The OPPO F3 has a bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same internal memory, the OPPO F3 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 256 GB. OPPO F3 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same resolution camera in the back, a F2.2 camera aperture and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the OPPO F3 also has a bigger camera sensor.
OPPO F3 counts with longer battery life than Galaxy S4, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Galaxy S4 is a bit more expensive than OPPO F3, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
