Galaxy Fold is a lot better than OPPO Find X3 Neo, with a global score of 97.6 against 76. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11 version. The Galaxy Fold body is somewhat thinner than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but it's extremely heavier and was released about a year before.
OPPO Find X3 Neo and Galaxy Fold have quite similar CPUs, they have a 12 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Galaxy Fold is way more expensive than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
