The Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has a general score of 53.7, which is a bit better than OPPO Neo 5 (2015)'s overall score of 48.9. Sony Ericsson Xperia ray is an a lot older and somewhat thicker device than the OPPO Neo 5 (2015), but Sony was able to build it incredibly lighter anyway. These devices use Android OS, but the Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has the previous 4.0 version and OPPO Neo 5 (2015) has Android 4.4.2 version.

OPPO Neo 5 (2015) features a little better processing power than Sony Ericsson Xperia ray, and although they both have a Single-Core CPU, the OPPO Neo 5 (2015) also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Sony Ericsson Xperia ray counts with just a bit better display than OPPO Neo 5 (2015), because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 854 x 480px, the Sony Ericsson Xperia ray also counts with a higher pixel density.
