Comparison review

HTC Hero S is just a bit better than Pantech Flex, getting a overall score of 55.8 against 52.7. HTC Hero S's design is just a little lighter than Pantech Flex, although it's notably thicker and was released only 11 months before. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the HTC Hero S has the older 2.3 version and Pantech Flex has Android 4.1.2.

The Pantech Flex features a bit better processor than HTC Hero S, because it has a greater number of cores (and faster), an additional graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory. HTC Hero S features a screen that's just as good as the display in Pantech Flex, because although the HTC Hero S has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 960 x 540 resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen.

HTC Hero S features a little bit better camera than Pantech Flex, although it has a back-facing camera with a much lower 5 MP resolution and a way lower 1280x720 video quality. Pantech Flex features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC Hero S, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 32 GB, the Pantech Flex also has 4 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Pantech Flex features better battery life than HTC Hero S, because it has 1830mAh of battery capacity.

HTC Hero S costs exactly the same than Pantech Flex, making it a very good choice.
