Both phones in this review come with the same Android 4.0 operating system. The HTC Rezound counts with a better display than Plum Velocity II, because it has a lot better amount of pixels per inch of screen, a lot better 1280 x 720 resolution and a lot bigger screen.
The HTC Rezound counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Plum Velocity II, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Rezound also has 16 GB internal storage. HTC Rezound counts with a little faster processor than Plum Velocity II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and more cpu cores.
