Comparison review
Xiaomi Poco M3 is a little bit better than the realme 8 5G, having a global score of 78.2 against 72. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Poco M3 construction is thicker and just a little heavier than realme 8 5G. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Poco M3 has the previous 10 version while realme 8 5G has Android 11.
Realme 8 5G features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3. Both of them have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Realme 8 5G has a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a display of the same size, the realme 8 5G also has a bit better pixels count in each inch in the screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features a slightly better camera than realme 8 5G. They have a F1.8 aperture, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates. The realme 8 5G has a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has longer battery life than realme 8 5G, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
