Comparison review

The HTC Hero S has an overall score of 55.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Droid Charge's 54.1 score. Both phones we compare here include the same Android 2.3 OS, so both should give all the same operating system features. HTC Hero S's body has the same thickness than Samsung Droid Charge, but it's a little bit lighter.

HTC Hero S features a little faster processor than Samsung Droid Charge, although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, they both have 1 cores. HTC Hero S features a little sharper display than Samsung Droid Charge, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a bit higher 960 x 540px resolution.

HTC Hero S features a better memory for games and applications than Samsung Droid Charge, and although they both have an external SD slot that supports up to 32 GB, the HTC Hero S also has more internal storage. Samsung Droid Charge has just a bit longer battery performance than HTC Hero S, because it has a 5 percent larger battery size.

The HTC Hero S captures clearer videos and photos than Samsung Droid Charge, although it has a much less MP resolution back facing camera and a worse 1280x720 video resolution.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the HTC Hero S is also the cheapest one.
