Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but LG Q70 has an older 10 version and Galaxy A01 has Android 11 version.
The LG Q70 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy A01, because it has a much better 1080 x 2310 resolution, a higher display density and a bit bigger display. The LG Q70 has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG Q70 also has more RAM.
The LG Q70 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A01, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 48 GB more internal storage capacity. The LG Q70 takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has a way higher 32 MP resolution back camera, a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a larger aperture and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

Although LG Q70 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A01. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy A01, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
