Comparison review
Xperia 1 II has a score of 91, which is a lot better than the Galaxy A01's 71.6 general score. The Xperia 1 II construction is a bit thinner but somewhat heavier than Galaxy A01, and both of them were released only 4 months apart. Both phones in this review work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
Sony Xperia 1 II counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has a little larger display, a much better amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. Xperia 1 II has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xperia 1 II has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution, it also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures, a much larger aperture to capture better low-light captures and video and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Sony Xperia 1 II has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1000 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Xperia 1 II has improved battery performance than Galaxy A01, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
