Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is much better than Samsung Galaxy A01, getting an 81.2 score against 71.6. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's construction is a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy A01, but it is somewhat heavier and was released 2 years before. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, a greater pixel density and a quite larger screen.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a much better memory for apps and games than Galaxy A01, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has more RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with just a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a slightly better camera than Galaxy A01, because although it has a camera with less MP resolution, it also counts with a way higher video resolution, a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality photos and videos and a larger diafragm aperture.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A01. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A01, resigning some specs and features.
