Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than Samsung Galaxy A10s, with a 95.4 score against 73.8. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a way newer device than Samsung Galaxy A10s, but it is notably heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and Samsung Galaxy A10s has Android 11.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A10s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A10s, because it has a quite larger screen, much more pixels per screen inch and a much higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
Galaxy S22 Ultra features a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A10s, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy A10s, resigning a couple features and specifications.
