Google Pixel 2 has a score of 81.6, which is a bit better than Galaxy A12's 80.3 general score. Google Pixel 2's body is extremely lighter and thinner than the Galaxy A12, although it was released 3 years before. Google Pixel 2 has a better screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a way better display density.
Galaxy A12 counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1 TB. The Google Pixel 2 features a processor that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A12 one, they have 8 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy A12 has just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot more megapixels camera in the back.
