Comparison review
Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A15 5G's global score of 77.4. Even though Xperia 1 is much older than the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, it's design is lighter and just a little thinner. The Xperia 1 counts with a much greater processing power than Galaxy A15 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia 1 has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, because although it has much worse brightness, and they both have a same size screen, the Xperia 1 also counts with a much higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a way better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A15 5G shoots a bit better videos and photos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G also counts with higher video frame rate and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
The Galaxy A15 5G features a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Xperia 1, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A15 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy A15 5G has a very superior battery life than Sony Xperia 1, because it has a 50% larger battery size.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia 1, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, letting go a couple features and specifications.
