Galaxy S9 is slightly better than Galaxy A21s, having an 83.3 score against 77.7. The Galaxy S9 is an a lot older cellphone than the Galaxy A21s, but it's lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a lot better screen than Samsung Galaxy A21s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
