Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G's 71.9 general score. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium construction is just a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, even though it was released many years before. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has the previous 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy A23 5G has Android 12 version.
The Xperia Z5 Premium has a really superior hardware performance than Galaxy A23 5G, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a much sharper screen than Galaxy A23 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a much greater pixels number per screen inch.
Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 200 GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy A23 5G, because although it has a way lower 23 MP resolution camera, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy A23 5G has a superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 46 percent greater battery size.
