The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a global score of 84.4, which is better than Samsung Galaxy A25's general score of 74.3. Both of these devices include the same Android 14 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A25.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a battery duration that's just as good as Galaxy A25's battery life. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra captures a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy A25, and although they both have a camera with a 50 mega-pixels resolution, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra also has a bigger diafragm aperture.
