Xiaomi Black Shark counts with a much faster CPU than Galaxy A25, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has a higher amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A25 has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a lot brighter display, a bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
