Motorola Droid Turbo is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A3, having a 76.4 score against 69.9. Both of these devices come with the same Android 4.4.4 OS (operating system), so both of them should offer very similar OS features. Motorola Droid Turbo is a much thicker and way heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy A3.
