Comparison review
Motorola Edge (2021) is a little bit better than the Galaxy A31, getting an 84.6 score against 81.3. These devices use Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge (2021) has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy A31 has Android 10, counting with a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations. Motorola Edge (2021) is a newer phone than the Galaxy A31, but it's a little heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The Motorola Edge (2021) has a bit faster processor than Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 cores, the Motorola Edge (2021) also has more RAM. The Motorola Edge (2021) and Galaxy A31 both count with really similar screens, because although the Motorola Edge (2021) has a just a little lower pixel amount per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2460 resolution.
Motorola Edge (2021) shoots better videos and photos than Galaxy A31, because it has a back-facing camera with much more MP, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture. The Galaxy A31 features a bigger memory for games and applications than Motorola Edge (2021), because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB.
