Galaxy A31 is slightly better than Motorola Moto G Power, getting an 81.3 score against 76.1. Even when the Galaxy A31 and Motorola Moto G Power were only released with a couple months difference, the Galaxy A31 is just a little bit lighter and thinner. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy A31 has older 10 version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11.
Samsung Galaxy A31 has a slightly better display than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bit better pixels count per screen inch. The Motorola Moto G Power's CPU is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A31 one, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM.
The Galaxy A31 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy A31 and Moto G Power have quite similar storage for games and applications, both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB. Moto G Power's battery performance is very similar to Galaxy A31's battery performance.
