Galaxy A31 has a score of 81.3, which is a bit better than the Galaxy A8 (2018)'s 79.2 general score. The Galaxy A31 is a way newer cellphone than the Galaxy A8 (2018), but it is a bit thicker and a little bit heavier. The Galaxy A8 (2018) has just a little better performance than Galaxy A31. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Galaxy A8 (2018) has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2220px, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel number in each inch of display. Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with a better camera than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also counts with a back facing camera with a much better 48 megapixels resolution.
