Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A31 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, getting an 81.3 score against 76.3. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A31 has older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. Even being the best in our current comparison, Samsung Galaxy A31 is a noticeably thicker and much heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

The Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A31, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less processing cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A31, although it has a way lower 1280 x 720 resolution, a way smaller display and a little less pixels per inch in the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy A31 has a much better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A31 captures better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A31 also has a larger aperture to capture better images in low-light environments and a way better resolution camera in the back.

Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 169 percent greater battery size.
