Comparison review
The Galaxy S10 5G has a score of 93.6, which is much better than the Galaxy A31's 81.3 overall score. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S10 5G has 11 version while Galaxy A31 has Android 10 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S10 5G's body is a bit thinner than the Galaxy A31, but it is just a bit heavier and was released just 12 months before.
The Galaxy S10 5G counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S10 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S10 5G features a bit better screen than Galaxy A31, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040px, a bit bigger screen and a just a little higher pixel amount per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy A31 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a way smaller diafragm aperture and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also counts with a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back and a lot larger camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and videos.
The Galaxy A31 features a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy S10 5G, because it has an 11% more battery capacity.
