Comparison review
Motorola edge is much better than the Galaxy A40, with a global score of 89.6 against 79.6. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Motorola edge has older 10 version and Galaxy A40 has Android 11 version. Even though Motorola edge is newer than the Galaxy A40, it is noticeably heavier and thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a little sharper screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also counts with a just a little higher display pixels density. Motorola edge has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola edge also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Motorola edge counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A40, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola edge has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy A40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh.
The Motorola edge counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way bigger camera sensor taking way better quality pictures, a much higher 3840x2160 video definition and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
