The Motorola One Zoom is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A40, getting a global score of 80 against 79.6. Despite being the best phone in this review, Motorola One Zoom is a way heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy A40. The Galaxy A40 counts with a bit sharper screen than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, the Galaxy A40 also counts with a just a little higher display density.
The Motorola One Zoom features a slightly better storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A40, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits 384 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Motorola One Zoom has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A40. Both have a 4 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Motorola One Zoom has superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3100mAh. Motorola One Zoom counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Motorola One Zoom also has a much higher (4K) video definition, a much larger back camera sensor which provides a much better photo and video quality and a camera in the back with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
