Comparison review
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a general score of 81, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40's overall score of 79.6. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is a noticeably thinner and extremely lighter device than Samsung Galaxy A40. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has newer 12 version and Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a more vivid screen than Galaxy A40, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a little bit bigger screen and a just a bit higher count of pixels in each inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy A40 has a really superior performance than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot higher video quality, a way higher 50 MP resolution back facing camera and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra features more memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A40, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity against 3100mAh.
