Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, having a global score of 79.6 against 78.7. These devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A40 has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has Android 10, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. Galaxy A40's body is thinner and incredibly lighter than the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released around 15 months before.
The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro counts with just a little better processing power than Galaxy A40. They have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy A40 counts with a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photos or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a much more megapixels back camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has as much storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as Galaxy A40, they have a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and exactly the same 64 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro counts with a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
