Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, with a general score of 87 against 79.6. The Galaxy A42 is an older phone than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, but Samsung managed to make it thinner and somewhat lighter. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro has Android 12.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro features a way better display than Galaxy A42, because it has a lot better 1080 x 2448px resolution, a little bit bigger screen and a higher pixel count in each inch of screen. The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro counts with a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy A42, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with a much more powerful processor than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro counts with better battery performance than Galaxy A42, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
The Galaxy A42 counts with a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, although it has a back facing camera with less megapixels resolution.
