Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is much better than HTC U23 Pro's 77.8 overall score. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version. Galaxy A42 is an a lot older phone than the HTC U23 Pro, but Samsung was able to make it a little lighter and a little bit thinner anyway.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 features a much better processing power than HTC U23 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. HTC U23 Pro has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A42, because it has a bit bigger display, a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and more pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy A42 features a superior camera than HTC U23 Pro, although it has a lot less mega pixels resolution camera in the back. Galaxy A42 counts with a greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC U23 Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy A42 counts with a bit longer battery life than HTC U23 Pro, because it has a 9% larger battery capacity.
