Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is much better than the Huawei P smart S's 77.2 score. Even being the best cellphone in this review, the Galaxy A42 is an a little bit thicker and heavier cellphone than Huawei P smart S. These devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy A42 has a newer 11 version and Huawei P smart S has Android 10 version, providing the user lots of additional features and increased performance.
The Huawei P smart S's processing unit is very similar to the Galaxy A42 one, both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores. Huawei P smart S features a more vivid display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a much greater pixel number per screen inch.
The Galaxy A42 takes much better photos and videos than Huawei P smart S. Both of them have the same diafragm aperture and the same resolution camera. Galaxy A42 features a better storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A42 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A42 features greater battery performance than Huawei P smart S, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
