Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 is much better than the LG Q70, having an 87 score against 77.9. Samsung Galaxy A42's body is just a little lighter but a little thicker than LG Q70, and they were only released with a couple months difference. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A42 has newer 11 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, so it gives lots of additional features and performance improvements.
Galaxy A42 has a bit more powerful processing unit than LG Q70. Both of them have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The LG Q70 counts with a better display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1080 x 2310 resolution and more pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy A42 takes slightly better videos and photos than LG Q70, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A42 also has a way higher 48 mega pixels resolution back camera. Galaxy A42 counts with a slightly better storage to store more games and applications than LG Q70, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
