Galaxy A42 has an overall score of 87, which is much better than the Moto G30's general score of 78.1. Galaxy A42 is a just a bit lighter and a little thinner device than the Moto G30, although both of them were released with only a couple months difference. Motorola Moto G30 counts with a display that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A42 one, because although the Motorola Moto G30 has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, it also counts with a little better pixels quantity per inch of display.
The Galaxy A42 counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto G30. Both have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy A42 counts with a slightly bigger memory for apps and games than Moto G30, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy A42 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Moto G30 features a battery lifetime that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy A42's battery duration. Samsung Galaxy A42 takes a bit better videos and photos than Moto G30, because although it has a tinier camera aperture and a lot worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
