Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is much better than Motorola Moto G6 Plus's 77.5 overall score. Galaxy A42's design is notably newer, but heavier and just a little thicker than the Motorola Moto G6 Plus. Motorola Moto G6 Plus features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Motorola Moto G6 Plus also has more RAM.
Moto G6 Plus counts with a much better screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater display pixels density and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. Galaxy A42 takes much better videos and photos than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photography, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy A42 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Moto G6 Plus, because it has more internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy A42 features a much better battery performance than Moto G6 Plus, because it has a 56% greater battery size.
