Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A42 is a bit better than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, having a global score of 87 against 80.1. Samsung Galaxy A42's body is newer, just a bit lighter and a little thinner than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A42 has a more recent 11 version while OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has Android 10 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
