Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 is much better than the Galaxy A21s, getting an 87 score against 77.7. Even though the Galaxy A42 and Galaxy A21s were only released 5 months apart, Galaxy A42's design is just a little bit heavier but a little thinner than Galaxy A21s. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy A42 has the newer 11 version and Galaxy A21s has Android 10, counting with some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a little better performance than Galaxy A21s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A21s and Samsung Galaxy A42 count with quite similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy A21s has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 720 x 1600 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch.
Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A21s, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy A21s has a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A42 one.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy A21s, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 48 mega-pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also has a lot better (4K) video definition and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures in low light environments.
