Comparison review
Galaxy A42 is a little bit better than the Galaxy A25 5G, with a overall score of 87 against 79.9. Even though the Galaxy A42 is notably older and a little bit thicker than the Galaxy A25 5G, it's design is still just a bit lighter. Both phones in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Galaxy A42 has an older 11 version while Galaxy A25 5G has Android 14 version.
Galaxy A25 5G features a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1080 x 2340px resolution and a better screen density. The Galaxy A25 5G features slightly more memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A25 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
