Galaxy A42 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), getting a overall score of 87 against 79.2. Even though Galaxy A42 is incredibly newer than the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), it is a little thicker and somewhat heavier. Galaxy A8 (2018) features a much better screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels.
