Comparison review
The Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is better than Galaxy A42's global score of 87. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS, but the Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A42 has Android 11 version, offering a couple additional features and enhanced performance. The Galaxy Fold is an older and heavier device than the Galaxy A42, but Samsung managed to make it way thinner anyway.
The Galaxy Fold has a bit better CPU than Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Fold also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
