Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A42's overall score of 87. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is just a little bit heavier but a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A42, and they were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy A42 has Android 11 version.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much sharper screen than Galaxy A42, because it has a little larger screen, a much higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and a lot greater pixels density. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A42 one, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that supports up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Galaxy A42 has a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a lot better video definition and a much higher 108 MP resolution back-facing camera.
