The Galaxy A42 has a global score of 87, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 4's score of 81.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy A42 has a newer 11 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, so it offers some additional features and a performance increase. Even though the Galaxy A42 is way newer than the Galaxy Note 4, it is a bit heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy A42, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
