Galaxy A42 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Z Flip 3, with a global score of 87 against 85.6. Even being the best we compare here, it must be noted that it is also an older, notably thicker and just a bit heavier cellphone. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should give all the same OS features.
