Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 is slightly better than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, getting a general score of 87 against 84.4. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A42 has older 11 version and Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14 version. Samsung Galaxy A42's design is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
Galaxy A42 counts with a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a lot better looking display than Galaxy A42, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px, a little bigger display and a lot more pixels per screen inch.
The Galaxy A42 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra's battery lifetime is just as good as Galaxy A42's battery life.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a back-facing camera with a better resolution, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a larger aperture to capture better low light photography and videos.
