Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, getting an 87 score against 81.4. Samsung Galaxy A42's design is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's, but it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A42 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a lot better screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a way higher pixels count per inch of display.
