The Samsung Galaxy A42 has an overall score of 87, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's overall score of 80.5. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A42 has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy A42 construction is newer than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's, although it is just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a CPU that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A42 one, and although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a higher amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with a much better screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better display pixels density and a much higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
