Galaxy A42 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, having a global score of 87 against 79.5. These phones include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. The Galaxy A42 construction is a bit thinner but a little heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, and both were released only 7 months apart.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G has a processor that is just as good as Galaxy A42's processing unit, both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount.
