The Galaxy XCover Pro is much better than the Galaxy A5 (2016), getting an 81 score against 71.9. Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a lot newer than Galaxy A5 (2016), it is incredibly heavier and much thicker. Galaxy A5 (2016) and Galaxy XCover Pro both have extremely similar screens, because although the Galaxy XCover Pro has a little bit inferior pixels count per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bigger display.
The Galaxy XCover Pro counts with a bit superior processor than Galaxy A5 (2016), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy XCover Pro captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016), and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a bigger aperture for better low light captures and video and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
The Galaxy XCover Pro has a much better memory for apps and games than Galaxy A5 (2016), because it has 48 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy A5 (2016), because it has a 40% bigger battery capacity.
