Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has an overall score of 81.1, which is better than the Galaxy A5 (2016)'s score of 68.7. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a better cellphone than the Galaxy A5 (2016), it must be noted that it's also noticeably older, just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a more powerful processor than Galaxy A5 (2016), because it has a graphics processing unit, a greater number of cores and more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy A5 (2016) count with incredibly similar screens, because although the Galaxy Note 3 has a little less pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a bit larger display. The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a way bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016), because although it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 takes a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy A5 (2016), although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, they both have a same resolution back-facing camera.
