The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A5, having a general score of 79.3 against 72.4. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has the newer 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy A5 has Android 4.4.4, so it counts with a couple additional features and some performance improvements. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is newer than Samsung Galaxy A5, it is a little bit thicker and heavier.

Galaxy A5 has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit processor, 3 more CPU cores and an extra graphics processor. The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a more vivid screen than Galaxy A5, because it has a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a lot greater amount of pixels per display inch and a bit bigger display.

Galaxy S6 edge+ features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has longer battery performance than Galaxy A5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 2300mAh.
